New Members
The only new member introduced himself as Najim Shittu and the chairman welcomed him formally in to the association.

Minutes
The minute for the previous meeting was read by Kwame. The comments and the necessary reactions on the minute were noted. Mr Ahmed Bawa moved the motion for the start of the meeting and it was seconded by Kwame.

Actions on the previous meeting
About the elections, Osei suggested that we hold the elections along with the end of year’s party. Habiba and Salim had different view about it since it might be difficult to combine the two programmes on the same day.

Kwame suggests that members do the election by proxy. Habiba suggested that it is done on the internet via the email addresses. Salim suggested that members are nominated for each position before the elections. Members agreed that voting be done on a peace of paper.

About the websites, Adobi says all information regarding Kadjebi must be forwarded to Rasheed Kawawa. James was able to get some informations about the historical places, which will be put on the internet soon.

Chairman suggests that a letter is sent to Mr Dabo to thank him for a future contact.

About the rebate on the previous party, members agreed that a month’s due is ruled off for the ladies just to show appreciation. James will discuss with Osei about the expenses made at the last party and then get back to members later. About the end of year occasion, Habiba suggests that we book a place per head in a restaurant with a dancing place.

Osei and Salim Think that it will not be ideal for the younger ones. Members then agreed on having the party at home, but we will need a bigger place.

Kwame will find out from a hall about the expences or we will consider using Kwame’s place.

About the budget expences, members agreed that £50.00 dues are paid by each member by 31st December, 2005.

About A.O.B, Salim suggests of a years review to see if we are progressing or not.

Members agreed that the next meeting be on the 29th January, 2006
